1. Purpose & Scope
This Electronic Signature and Electronic Communications Disclosure ("Disclosure") is provided in accordance with the Electronic Signatures
in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act, 15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq.) and, where applicable, the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA), as well as applicable guidance from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), and the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC). This Disclosure governs your consent to conduct business electronically, to receive legally required notices and disclosures electronically, and to use electronic signatures in connection with products and services offered by the American National Bank of Mt Pleasant ("Bank"). |

2. Scope of Electronic Communications By consenting, you agree to receive the communications electronically in lieu of paper, including but not limited to the following: AccountDisclosures, Truth in Savings, Reg E, Reg Z notices, Statements & Confirmations, Periodic statements, transaction receipts, Legal & Regulatory Notices Privacy notices, adverse action notices, Agreement Changes, Terms and fee schedule amendments |

3. Hardware & Software Requirements To access and retain electronic communications, you must have the following minimum hardware and software capabilities at the time ofconsent and on an ongoing basis: Internet Access Broadband or equivalent connection Software Browser Chrome 110+, Firefox 110+, Safari 16+, Edge 110+, PDF Reader, Adobe Acrobat Reader or equivalent Email Account Valid, active email address on file with storage or ability to download or print documents Current Operating System Windows 10+, macOS 12+, iOS 16+, Android 12+ |

4. Right to Withdraw Consent |

5. Updating Contact Information You are responsible for maintaining a valid, current email address and contact information with the Bank. You must promptly notify the Bank |

6. Paper Copy Requests
You have the right to request a paper copy of any electronic communication previously provided, subject to fee schedule and timely
communication, per our record retention schedule. |

7. Legal Effect of Electronic Signature Pursuant to the E-SIGN Act (15 U.S.C. § 7001(a)) and applicable state law, your electronic signature on any agreement, application, orauthorization shall have the same legal effect, validity, and enforceability as a handwritten signature. No agreement, document, or notice shall be denied legal effect solely because it was signed or delivered electronically. Your electronic signature is uniquely associated with you and will be attributed to you. The Bank maintains audit logs of all electronic signatures, including the date, time, IP address, device identifier, and document hash for each signed record |
